Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have 1+ year in a customer-facing role at Publix or similar.
• Strong desire to serve others and excellent attendance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work overtime when needed.
• Ability to communicate with associates at all levels and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to create reports and graphs.
• Accurate typing speed 35–45 wpm.
• Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
• Good organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, recommend and process donation requests from internal and external customers and nonprofits.
• Coordinate resources to support approved requests and manage community initiatives.
• Serve as central contact for division for community events and opportunities.
• Assist Community Relations manager with calendar management, meetings, events and travel.
• Research, compile and provide initial analysis on reporting data to improve department efficiency.
