Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR & First Aid within six months, and a valid driver's license. You will engage with the public, help with administrative tasks, and support upcoming community events.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the public in person and by phone to provide information about programs.
• Register participants, issue and check membership cards, collect fees.
• Lead crafts, games, and activities for children.
• Set up and take down equipment for classes and events.
• Perform routine administrative tasks and data entry for the department.
• Assist in planning for special events and senior programs.
• Supervise and coordinate program activities and recruit volunteers.
