Job summary

Trilogy, Inc. seeks a Recovery Counselor to assess clients and plan treatment across home, community, and office visits. You will provide strengths-based, trauma-informed services and advocate for clients, linking them to community resources.

You will document services, complete case management tasks, and provide crisis/on-call coverage. Must maintain client-centered care and work within a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related human service field or equivalent experience.
• Clinical experience in mental health settings preferred.
• IM+CANS certification preferred and may be required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs through home, community, and office visits.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with client and support system.
• Document all services per policy and state requirements.
• Provide crisis/on-call coverage as directed.
• Coordinate with team for medication accuracy and referrals.

Skills

Community-based services experience

IM+CANS certification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field

Licensed Practical Nurse or related clinical credential

CRSS or IAODAPCA credentials

High school diploma with clinical experience
