Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. seeks a Community Manager for Fruitland, MD to oversee the daily operations of our apartment communities and ensure service quality while maintaining occupancy targets.

You will supervise site staff, coordinate maintenance, handle tenant communications, and conduct applicant screening, reporting to the Regional Manager with a focus on HUD/LIHTC experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and tenant services.
• Ability to maintain occupancy targets and conduct recertifications.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tenants receive prompt, courteous service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain occupancy targets and conduct recertifications.
• Direct maintenance staff and oversee property operations.
• Rent collection and bank deposits.
• Inspect property and report deficiencies.
• Interview residents and screen applicants.
• Prepare reports on property condition.
• Coordinate site events and activities.
