Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead on-site operations for residential communities. You will liaise with client boards, developers and staff to ensure services meet contractual obligations and KWPM standards.

You will prepare budgets, review monthly financial statements, and supervise on-site teams while maintaining records and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret leases and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Florida CAM license is required.
• Valid Florida driver's license is required.
• Flexibility for nights and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple associations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site coordinator to meet contractual obligations.
• Prepare annual budgets for the association.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances.
• Maintain property files and update management reports.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure safety standards.
• Lead Board of Directors meetings when required.
• Develop collaborative relationships across departments.
• Update association communications and newsletters as needed.
