Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting seeks an experienced Property Manager in Miami Beach, FL. You will act as the primary liaison between residents, the Association Board, and KWPM staff, ensuring contractual obligations are met, budgets prepared, and financial statements analyzed.

The role requires a Florida CAM license, a valid Florida driver’s license, excellent customer service, and strong supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Florida CAM license is required.
• Valid FL Driver’s license required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between client, KWPM, and staff to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare annual budgets for the association.
• Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements and manage receivables.
• Maintain accurate property files and records and provide status reports.
• Supervise on-site team, manage maintenance and service needs, and ensure safety standards.
• Prepare and present management reports, budgets, and project progress.
• Organize meetings, coordinate with departments, and update communications with stakeholders.
