Qualifications

• This role requires five years of experience as Community Property Manager.
• Must have Florida CAM license and a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to read complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with client, KW Property Management, and support staff.
• Prepare annual budgets for associations and monitor variances.
• Analyze financial statements and manage receivables.
• Maintain property records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise on-site staff and manage vendor contracts.
• Prepare and present management reports to the Board.
