Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead and coordinate community management efforts for assigned properties in Florida. You will work with boards, residents, and staff to ensure high service levels, compliance, and smooth operations.

This full-time role requires CAM certification, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and the ability to supervise on-site teams and manage contracts and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, or documents with a similar degree of complexity.
• Employee is sometimes required to work for extended periods of times; hours may include nights and weekends.
• Must be able to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Some locations will require bi-lingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional and client-oriented attitude toward the company with coworkers, residents, owners, clients and the public.
• Act as the company's primary coordinator to assure that contractual property management obligations are met and exceeded.
• Prepare annual budgets for the association.
• Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements including variances from budget and cash flow.
• Maintain complete and accurate property files and records and provide status reports on all properties assigned.
• Supervise on-site staff and develop specifications to evaluate service needs and performance.
• Organize and chair team meetings and maintain collaboration across departments.
