Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Community Property Manager to lead operations for affordable housing communities. You will work to strengthen relationships with residents, partners, and stakeholders, aiming to maximize net operating income through cost controls and revenue improvements.

The role requires a background in property management with experience in tax credits, Section 8, HUD concepts, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement and program requirements.
• Several years of property management experience, including affordable housing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Improve NOI through cost control and revenue enhancement while managing property operations.
• Oversee maintenance, admin, and personnel within approved budgets.
• Plan community engagement activities and monitor feedback across channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
