Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a multi-family community in Dallas, TX. You will supervise the on-site team, implement leasing strategies, and drive revenue while upholding RangeWater's standards of service and integrity.

Responsibilities include budgeting, performance reporting, tenant relations, vendor coordination, safety and curb appeal, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1–3 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or OneSite) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the on-site team and conduct evaluations.
• Drive revenue growth through leasing and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports; manage invoicing.
• Analyze market trends and adjust operations to maximize performance.
• Ensure property safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Coordinate with owners and vendors; manage tours and client updates.
• Handle lease enforcement and resident relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
