Job summary

Brentwood Park Townhomes and Apartments in Hopkins, MN is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of a multi-family community. The role acts as liaison between management, site staff and residents when the Property Manager is unavailable.

You will assist with occupancy, marketing, vendor communications, resident requests, and reporting while upholding Fair Housing and OSHA standards and delivering high levels of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager to meet occupancy goals and execute marketing strategies for prospective residents.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications, scheduling, billing, and timely invoicing.
• Address resident concerns and requests; assist with payment collection and delinquency standards.
• Prepare newsletters, flyers, and assist with community events and activities; generate weekly/monthly reports.
