Qualifications

• Experience in property management, leasing, or multifamily housing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with leasing, resident communication, and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing and prospect support to maintain strong occupancy.
• Handle resident communications and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Process applications and help prepare move-in paperwork.
• Support the Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio tasks.
• Maintain accurate records in property systems and filing.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident notifications.
