You will coordinate services, provide training, secure external resources, and implement community-responsive programs while evaluating impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years in a related field; education may substitute for experience up to four years.
• Experience developing and managing cross-sector partnerships.
• Experience building and evaluating community-focused programs from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Leads initiatives related to community services and outreach.
• Serves as liaison and advisor to City departments, councils, residents, and stakeholders.
• Develops partnerships with internal and external organizations to address identified priorities.
• Coordinates staff development and training related to the services.
• Assists in short- and long-range planning and policy development.
• Identifies data needs, conducts analysis, and prepares reports with recommendations.
• Researches grant opportunities and prepares grant applications.
• Represents the Equity Division at community meetings and public engagements.
