Job summary

Goddard Riverside Community Center in New York, NY seeks a Community Resource Coordinator to lead daily program operations and policy development in partnership with the Aging Services Program Director. The role focuses on food security, housing security, socialization, and health access for the Isaacs Center community.

You will oversee pantry operations, coordinate outreach, supervise staff, and support data reporting and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• CPR and AED/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain both.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Chinese is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems to track purchases, deliveries, and inventory.
• Provide administrative leadership and staff support to ensure daily operations.
• Supervise a team of part-time and full-time workers.
• Coordinate pantry and outreach activities to promote food and housing security.
• Manage program budgets and data reporting for contract requirements.
