Job summary

EOAC seeks a Community Programs Coordinator in Waco, Texas, to provide administrative, operational, and program support for CEAP/LIHEAP, CSBG/EmpowerU, intake, and case management services. • High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in human services, community assistance, program operations, eligibility, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for assigned community programs and ensure work progresses per requirements, deadlines, and priorities.
• Translate director instructions into clear steps, assignments, timelines, and follow-through.
• Serve as primary operational contact for routine program questions, workflow issues, and documentation concerns.
