Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements and meet organizational goals.
• Activate and support volunteers using peer coaching and quality improvement strategies.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships, including with underrepresented groups, to expand reach.
• Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans and secure Community Partner Agreements.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration with revenue, advocacy and leadership stakeholders.
• Evaluate and improve volunteer performance, and manage budgets, grants, and timelines.
• Inspire urgency and support for the Alzheimer's Association's mission across communities.
