Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association seeks a Program Manager to lead the Portfolio of Community Program Offerings from its Independence, OH area. This full-time role drives awareness, education, and support nationwide, activating grassroots networks and empowering volunteers to reach underrepresented communities.

You will recruit, coach, and manage volunteers, build partnerships, and execute data-driven impact plans while collaborating across teams and traveling within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers.
• Ability to work independently and with partners.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements.
