Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Community Programs Generalist to design, operate, and scale our member programs across developer and enterprise communities. You will manage onboarding, communications, recognition, and program spaces while building systems to grow without compromising quality.

You will also oversee online presence on Discord and Reddit, surface member feedback for product teams, and create repeatable processes for effective community engagement and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a developer community program or enterprise/B2B customer community program, with member operations and communications.
• Experience building operational systems for a community or customer program, including intake workflows and documentation.
• Experience running structured feedback, beta, or user testing cycles with external participants.
• Experience moderating online communities on platforms like Discord, Reddit, Slack, or forums.
• Strong written communication with ability to synthesize qualitative input into clear summaries.
• Hands-on experience with community tooling (moderation and bot tools, surveys, lightweight databases).
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of community member programs, including applications, onboarding, and engagement in program spaces.
• Build and maintain processes, tooling, automation, and documentation to scale programs.
• Develop direct relationships with program members and advocate internally.
• Stand up structured product feedback motions and recruit deep-dive groups.
• Match community members to product feedback opportunities based on criteria.
• Design and run feedback collection and synthesize results for product teams.
• Collaborate with product, research, and marketing to manage feedback requests and close the loop.
• Track program health and feedback impact and report outcomes.
• Manage presence in online spaces such as Discord and Reddit, including moderation and sentiment reporting.
