Job summary

Mount Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry is seeking a part-time Program Manager to design, execute, and grow guest programming, including food and non-food services, on-site distributions, and community partnerships.

You will oversee Home Delivery, Morning Fuel Up, SOS, and food drives, coordinating volunteers and partners to expand services while connecting guests to additional resources. This role emphasizes community presence and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating nonprofit programs or community outreach.
• Strong relationship-building skills with diverse communities.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
• Comfortable representing the Pantry in public settings.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: manage planning and daily execution of the Pantry's food and non-food programs.
• On-Site Distributions: assist in reviewing distributions and improve guest flow.
• Forecasting & Coordination: determine quantities and coordinate needs with Director.
• Program Logistics: own lifecycle of each program from planning to delivery.
• Food Drives: own lifecycle of community drives and logistics.
• Food Recovery & Donor Relations: maintain donor relationships.
• Volunteer Coordination: forecast needs and manage volunteer systems.
• Event Logistics: manage setup and return of supplies.
• Data, Metrics & Reporting: track participation and outcomes.
• Community Partnerships: build relationships with local service providers.
