Job summary

Residential Transitions, Inc. (RTI) is seeking a Program Manager for our Community Residential Setting in Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Lead the CRS program, oversee clinical evaluations and 1:1 client care in a DSP environment, and manage staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance. The role requires 4–6 years of related education/experience, a degree in Social Work or related field, ability to pass background checks, and willingness to travel within the Metro Area.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of combined education and/or experience.
• Bachelor’s/Associate’s/Diploma in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or seniors is valued.
• Must pass Department of Human Services background checks and related screenings.
• Ability to organize work independently and travel within the Metro Area.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and oversight of the CRS program.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise Mental Health Workers/Behavior Technicians.
• Ensure proper implementation of Behavioral Support Plans and clinical recommendations.
• Ensure documentation meets 245D, RTI, and licensing requirements.
• Serve as liaison for guardians, case managers, counties, and support teams.
• Monitor program budgets, overtime, and staffing costs.
