Job summary

Jewish Family Services, Inc. in Milwaukee seeks a Community Services Administrator to lead CCS and Community Case Management programs, ensuring compliance and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology, social work, or related field preferred.
• Completed 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience where most clients have mental disorders or substance-use issues preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin license (Social Work, LMFT, LPC, etc.) and in good standing preferred.
• Meet CCS Mental Health Professional and Substance Abuse Professional requirements per WI DHS codes.
• At least 2 years of case management experience with adults/youth; CCS experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervision experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of CCS and community resources; familiarity with EHR management systems.
• Strong leadership, professional conduct, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with consumers, staff, and community professionals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program personnel, provide orientation and training, plan work assignments, and oversee performance evaluations.
• Maintain credentialing status of CCS staff to ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Maintain consumer confidentiality across all records and documentation.
• Represent JFS CCS to Milwaukee County, funding sources, regulators, and referral sources; liaise with contracting agencies and partners.
• Ensure full compliance with documentation, reporting, and service delivery requirements of related contracts and agreements.
• Act as CCS Mental Health/Substance Abuse Professional when qualified and staff are unavailable.
• Monitor database systems and consumer records to ensure county, state, and federal compliance.
• Monitor billing eligibility for CCS consumers to meet Medicaid expectations.
• Evaluate and implement CCS policies per DHS 36 statute and related guidelines.
• Coordinate community programming at JFS housing properties and other Milwaukee locations as required.
• Coordinate creation/distribution of schedules, calendars, and promotional materials monthly.
• Accept other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
