Job summary

Project Access, Inc. is seeking a Contract Community Program Coordinator for Catalina Ridge in Tucson, AZ. This temporary, full-time role supports residents by designing and delivering onsite programs and services, building partnerships, and coordinating staff-led classes and events.

You’ll engage residents, manage outreach, prepare newsletters, track attendance, and maintain resource directories while adhering to program budgets and IRS mileage reimbursement policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience delivering community programs or social services.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher) & Outlook.
• Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Strong communicator; high level of verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds for distribution programs.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with residents to identify and provide services that promote self-sufficiency.
• Coordinate staffing and presentation of onsite classes, programs, and services (afterschool, ESL, nutrition, financial education).
• Support Food Resource and Distribution needs in the community.
• Maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and programs.
• Plan and facilitate events including community building events.
