Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Community Program Manager to support our client's team in San Francisco, with remote option. This is a 6-month temporary contract with onsite 2-3 days per week and flexible hours.

The role requires managing day-to-day operations of community programs, building scalable processes, recruiting members for feedback, and coordinating with product teams. Strong written communication and online moderation experience are essential.

• Experience running structured feedback, beta, or user testing cycles with external participants.
• Experience moderating an online community (Discord, Reddit, Slack, or forums).
• Strong written communication and ability to synthesize feedback into clear summaries.
• Hands-on experience with community tools (moderation, survey tools, spreadsheets).
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist.

• Track and report on program health, participation, and outcomes.
• Help manage online community presence (Discord, Reddit), including moderation and engagement.

Job Title: Community Program Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA (preferred); open to remote

Pay Rate: $160-$160/hour, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary, 6-month contract

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Onsite 2-3 days/week (flexible), remainder remote; must be available during PST, MT, or CST hours
