Job summary

TrueCare is looking for a Community Program Coordinator to support planning, development, and implementation of program objectives. The role entails content writing, curriculum design, resource identification, and building partnerships, with routine record-keeping and data entry.

This grant-funded position runs through 12/31/2027 with travel to Ramona 1-2 times per week and a 30-hour workweek with a flexible schedule. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred and California driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Travel between San Marcos and Ramona 1-2 times per week; reliable transportation with CA DL, proof of insurance, clean driving record.
• Associate degree in healthcare, human development, political science, sociology, criminal justice or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds is required.
• At least 1 year experience in healthcare or related field performing programming coordination, education, case work, or youth services to diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
• Comfortable interacting with youth and parents.
• Knowledge of and proficiency with program development.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Your Role & Impact

The Community Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the planning, developing, and implementing of current program department objectives. The position is responsible for program coordination, writing content, curriculum and identifying resources, building partnerships with other community programs. The Community Program Coordinator will also keep program records/files, perform data entry and a wide variety of program activities as needed. This is a grant funded position will expire on 12/31/2027. Traveling to Ramona 1-2 times a week.

This is a 30 hours a week full time position, flexible schedule.

What We’re Looking For

The pay range for this role is $23.00 to $32.20 per hour.
