Job summary

TrueCare is seeking a Community Program Coordinator to plan, develop, and implement program department objectives. The role involves coordination, content creation, curriculum development, and resource identification. Travel between San Marcos and Perris is required, with 40 hours weekly.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in healthcare or related fields, ability to work independently or in a team, and are comfortable engaging with youth and parents. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare, human development, political science, sociology, criminal justice or related fields or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
