Job summary

TrueCare seeks a Community Program Coordinator to coordinate planning and implementation of program objectives, write content and curricula, and build partnerships with community programs. The role includes maintaining records, data entry, and occasional travel to Ramona 1-2 times weekly.

The position is 30 hours per week, full time with a flexible schedule, and requires a CA driver’s license, experience with youth programs, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 1 year in healthcare, programming coordination, education, or youth services.
• Knowledge of program development with high school youth.
• _CA driver's license and reliable transportation_ required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in planning, developing, and implementing program department objectives.
• Write content, curriculum, identify resources, and build partnerships with other community programs.
• Maintain program records/files and perform data entry.
• Travel to Ramona 1-2 times per week; grant funded through 12/31/2027.
• Work 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
