Qualifications

• Travel between TrueCare locations in North County and in Perris,therefore a valid California Driver's License, proof of valid automobile insurance and a clean driving record is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in nursing or ahealthcare related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience in a healthcare related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience working with quality improvement.
• Experience working with quality improvement data and quality improvement methodologies (Plan Do-Study-Act, root cause analysis, etc.).
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience in community health.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

The pay range for this role is $80,850 to a maximum of $ 121,274, during the lifespan of this title.
