Community Action Allegan in Michigan is seeking a Program Assistant to provide hands-on support across CAAC programs, including Diaper Bank, CSFP, TEFAP, and Senior Transportation. This role is field‑ and client‑facing, focusing on distributing resources, supporting program operations in real time, and ensuring accessible, responsive service delivery within the community.

The position is part-time (29 hours/week, Mon−Thu 8am−3:15pm) with potential evening/weekend demand.

Qualifications

• Distribute diapers/food to clients and partners.
• Input and maintain client data in management systems.
• Provide in-person intake support and eligibility guidance.
• Support on-site distribution events and outreach.
• Transport and deliver program supplies across sites.
• Maintain inventory awareness and communicate needs.
• Build positive relationships with clients and partners.
• Ensure confidentiality of client information.
• Represent CAAC professionally in the community.
• Greet clients and direct them to proper departments.

Responsibilities
