WRG is seeking a Portfolio/Community Property Manager to liaison between clients, the Association and support staff, ensuring professional service and timely responses. The role requires managing multiple properties, budgets, and vendor contracts to meet client expectations.

The candidate will lead on-site teams, prepare budgets, review financials, and maintain compliant records, while upholding company standards and customer service excellence. Travel to properties is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years of experience as Community Property Manager.
• Florida CAM license required.
• Valid Florida Driver’s license.
• Must have ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, or documents.

Aufgaben

• Act as the company’s primary liaison between the client, Folio Association Management, and internal support staff.
• Manage community operations and contracts to meet contractual obligations.
• Prepare annual budget for the association.
• Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements with variances and cash management.
• Supervise on-site team; ensure safety standards and professional conduct.
