StyleCraft Homes is seeking a Portfolio Manager to provide exceptional customer service and effective community management across our portfolio.

The role involves administrative and community management support for property management, rental communities, and community associations within StyleCraft. You will collaborate with boards, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth operations and strong homeowner relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; one year of property management, hospitality, or construction experience preferred.
• AMS or CMCA designation is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and financial records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP/AR, invoicing, and file management processes.
• Maintain Association records, homeowner files, HOA database, and communications.
• Keep Real Estate records current and perform inspections as needed.
• Attend Board Meetings, elections, and committee meetings.
• Assist with budgets and manage outside vendors and agreements.
• Address homeowner concerns and coordinate common area inspections.
