• Removes trash on the property and performs light maintenance as needed.
• Keeps common areas neat and free of litter at all times.
• Performs trash-out duties at vacated apartments and removes abandoned items.
• Maintains exterior lighting and keeps sidewalks clear; assists with make-ready duties as directed.
