Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a dependable Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our apartment community in Helotes, Texas. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and prospects, with a focus on safety and service.

You will perform maintenance tasks, assist with make-ready of vacant units, maintain pools and common areas, and respond to service requests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus.
• No specific education required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas in a clean, neat, and attractive condition.
• Clean and maintain the pool area daily and straighten furniture.
• Assist with the make-ready process of vacant units.
• Maintain trash and dumpster areas by removing debris.
• Deliver resident notices and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Respond to and complete assigned service requests promptly.
• Follow safety practices and hazardous communication program.
• Attend required training and team meetings.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and strong customer service.
