Job summary

HSL Asset Management LLC is seeking a Porter in Tucson, AZ to handle the cleanliness and upkeep of our community. You will support groundskeeping, general maintenance, and custodial tasks across buildings, amenities, and common areas while assisting other staff to maintain a safe, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements including heavy lifting and carrying.
• Ability to take direction and work on a team.
• Hardworking with ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with initiative and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to communicate positively and professionally with residents and staff.
• Fluent English or strong written/verbal communication in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the community grounds for curb appeal.
• Assist with physical tasks and safety-related duties as directed.
• Perform trash-out duties at vacated apartments and keep areas tidy.
• Move heavy items as needed and assist with maintenance tasks.
• Keep pool, laundry, leasing office, pet areas, and common areas clean.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and maintain storage areas.
• Support the maintenance supervisor and community director as assigned.
