The Porter will perform turnover cleaning, maintain lobbies and amenities, manage debris, and assist the maintenance team as needed. A strong work ethic and ability to follow safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment turnover cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, counters and fixtures, ensuring apartments are move-in ready.
• Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, fitness centers, and community rooms.
• Pick up trash and debris through the property grounds.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust common areas as needed.
• Help maintain curb appeal and a clean, professional appearance of the community.
• Support the maintenance team with basic tasks as assigned.

The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property’s common areas, grounds, and shared amenities.
