Related Affordable is seeking a Porter to help maintain clean and inviting common areas across our residential community in Kentucky. Under supervision, you will ensure sanitation, assist with light maintenance, and support seasonal upkeep tasks while remaining dependable and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of janitorial, cleaning, or porter experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Basic knowledge of light maintenance tasks.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all common areas.
• Complete requests and interact with residents to meet needs.
• Clean and maintain front lobby, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and parking areas.
• Replace light bulbs in common area lighting fixtures as needed.
• Assist with light maintenance duties and seasonal upkeep tasks.
• Maintain professional appearance and assist in inventory control of janitorial tools and supplies.
