Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a Porter to maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents across the community. This role covers cleaning of common areas including bathrooms, function rooms, stairways, hallways, parking lots, sidewalks, windows, carpets, floors and more.

You will support the Director of Housekeeping and participate in special cleaning projects as needed. Applicants should be able to work at least one weekend day per week and bring a friendly,

Qualifications

• Be welcoming, friendly and courteous with residents, families and staff.
• Maintains consistent, reliable and thorough cleaning practices.
• Capable of cleaning in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or related settings is a plus.
• Prior experience with seniors is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Keep common areas, bathrooms, hallways, and public spaces clean and safe.
