Job summary

City of Pueblo Civil Service Office is seeking a Planner to join the Planning & Community Development team. You will receive and review zoning, subdivision, and master planning applications for compliance with regulations and policies.

You’ll research and analyze social, economic, population, transportation, and land use trends, prepare written reports, draft legislative documents, investigate planning complaints, and conduct field inspections to verify permits and licenses.

Qualifications

• Experience with planning processes is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
