We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Planner for our Planning & Community Development team. If you are a motivated, detail-oriented professional who loves working with a dynamic team, this could be a perfect fit for you! As a Planner, you’ll receive and review zoning, subdivision, and master planning applications for compliance with appropriate regulations and policies, research, analyze, and interpret social, economic, population, transportation, and land use trends and prepare written reports on various planning matters. Additionally, you’ll research, verify, update and draft legislative documents for review, investigate planning-related complaints and recommend corrective actions and conduct field inspections to verify compliance with approved permits and licenses.
