Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Community Planner II in Minnesota to own planning studies from concept to implementation, engage with communities and officials, and deliver clear, actionable reports.

The role offers growth in a multidisciplinary team across multiple locations and a chance to influence long-range planning for clients. Qualified candidates have a degree in urban planning or related field and 4 years of experience; AICP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Public Policy, or related field with 4 years of progressive planning experience or equivalent education.
• AICP certification preferred but not required.
• GIS knowledge preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning studies, land development reviews, and entitlement efforts from concept through implementation.
• Analyze data and develop clear, visually compelling reports.
• Lead presentations, facilitate meetings, and engage with community members and officials to build alignment.
• Contribute to long-range planning and comprehensive plans for clients.
