Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Texas.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become one within 3 months of hire.
• Willing to administer Long Acting Injectables.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds strong relationships to meet their needs.
• Serves as an expert to clinical staff and collaborates to meet clinical outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and questions.
• Ensures pharmacy team follows policies and state/federal laws.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
• Drives financial profitability and identifies growth opportunities for the pharmacy.
• Motivates and coaches staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Builds an engaging team environment aligned with core values and culture.
• Proactively recruits talent for pharmacy roles and maintains staffing levels.
• Reviews KPIs with staff to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conducts workforce and business planning for operational excellence.
