Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Community Pharmacy Manager in Zanesville, OH to lead daily pharmacy operations, guide clinical and financial performance, and coach staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

You’ll lead a team, ensure compliant dispensing, provide immunizations, build clinic partnerships, and drive growth while upholding our care-focused culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Current Ohio pharmacist license is required.
• Certified immunizer and LAI administration training required (or willingness to complete).
• Pharmacy leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations including dispensing and quality standards.
• Coach, develop and manage pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Counsel patients on medications, adverse effects and adherence.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and policies.
• Perform wellness services including immunizations and preventive care.
• Drive financial profitability and identify growth opportunities for the pharmacy.
• Build relationships with consumers and clinic partners to meet needs.
• Plan workforce and business activities for site operational excellence.
