Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is hiring a Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist in Charge) in Pueblo, CO, to oversee dispensing, clinical services and daily pharmacy operations within a clinic setting.

You will lead pharmacy staff, ensure regulatory compliance and drive patient-centered care while partnering with clinic teams and community providers. The role includes immunization duties and salary ranging based on experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in Colorado.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
• Willing to administer LAI's when needed.
• 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds strong relationships to meet their needs.
• Serves as an expert to the clinical staff and helps meet clinical outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medications, adverse effects, and usage.
• Ensures the pharmacy and team follow policies and standards per state and federal laws.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
• Responsible for financial profitability and identifying growth opportunities.
• Motivates and coaches pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Promotes a compassionate, values-driven team culture.
