Qualifications

• Immunizer certification or plan to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a pharmacy within the clinic.
• Counsel patients on medications and adverse effects.
• Ensure policy adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Provide immunizations and preventive services as needed.
• Drive financial profitability and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and coach pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Build relationships with community and clinic partners.
• Lead talent recruitment for pharmacy roles.
• Review KPIs and identify trends for improvement.
• Plan workforce and business operations for site excellence.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

Current pharmacist’s license in NC

Certified immunizer or ready to become one within 3 months
