Qualifications

• Pharm.D or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice in Wisconsin.
• Federal DEA registration for vaccine administration.
• Knowledge of pharmacology, formulary management, and dispensing procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, accuracy, and ethical practice.
• Proficiency with pharmacy information systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate records.
• Interpret, verify, and dispense medications while counseling patients.
• Collaborate with prescribers on formulary alternatives and cost-effective care.
• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff, technicians, and interns.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and removal of expired stock.
• Administer vaccines and injectable medications following safety procedures.
• Engage in community outreach and patient-centered communication with leadership.
