Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager.
- Ensure safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations.
- Manage pharmacy workflow and coaching of staff.
- Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
- Support inventory management and cold-chain integrity.
