The role requires data entry, collaboration with multiple departments, and the ability to handle challenging situations with compassion while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with related experience required.
• Familiarity with animal services operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and referrals for animal-related concerns.
• Assist with pet adoption, fostering, and volunteer programs.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely manner.
• Maintain digital records and data entry using Chameleon and Acuity.
