Job summary

Clyx is seeking a Community Partnerships Representative in New York, a full-time hybrid position. You will build relationships with wellness, cultural, and professional groups, manage onboarding, and grow a vibrant community network for the platform.

You will work autonomously, balance outreach with follow-through, and provide regular insights to shape how Clyx engages communities across events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in people-facing or customer service roles.
• Experience working within a CRM.
• Strong written communication that doesn’t feel like outreach.

Responsibilities

• Research and contact event leaders across wellness, culture, creative industries, professional networking, and more.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective community partnerships.
• Manage early-stage community relationships from first contact through onboarding.
• Ensure new communities feel welcomed and set up for a positive experience from the start.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships over time and improve how communities experience Clyx.
• Serve as a guide and resource for communities, directing them to internal teams and onboarding to the Clyx app, and act as a sounding board for ideas.
• Attend community events as a Clyx representative, with in-person attendance on an ad hoc basis.
