Job summary

Clyx in New York, NY is seeking a Community Partnerships Representative to identify, build and nurture relationships with community leaders across wellness, culture, and professional networking. You will own onboarding, maintain a healthy pipeline, and serve as a bridge to internal teams to support group growth and engagement.

You will work with autonomy in a hybrid environment, communicating insights to shape how Clyx engages its communities.

Responsibilities

• Research and contact event leaders across wellness, culture, creative industries, and professional networking.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective community partnerships.
• Manage early-stage community relationships from first contact through onboarding.
• Ensure communities feel welcomed and set up for a positive experience.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships over time and improve how communities experience Clyx.
• Guide communities to internal teams and support onboarding to the Clyx app.
• Attend community events as a Clyx representative, in-person ad hoc.
