Job summary

Clyx is seeking a Community Partnerships Representative to build and nurture relationships with community leaders across wellness, culture, and professional networks. You will own outreach, manage partnerships from first contact to onboarding, and help shape how Clyx grows its community platform with autonomy and regular in-office collaboration in a hybrid setup.

This role requires a natural storyteller, organized approach, and comfort learning new technology; you will attend events occasionally

Qualifications

• Experience in people-facing or customer service roles.
• Experience working within a CRM.
• Strong written communicator.

Responsibilities

• Research and contact event leaders across wellness, culture, creative industries, professional networking, and more.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective community partnerships.
• Manage early-stage community relationships from first contact through onboarding.
• Ensure new communities feel welcomed and set up for a positive experience from the start.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships over time and improve how communities experience Clyx.
• Serve as a guide and resource for communities, helping them understand and access the services and support available to them.
• Attend community events as a Clyx representative, with in-person attendance on an ad hoc basis, subject to availability.
