Job summary

Philabundance is seeking an Assistant Director of Development to manage a portfolio of major donors and leadership gifts, including $10,000+ annual donors, and to meet annual fundraising goals.

You will work with colleagues and leadership to design, implement, and optimize development strategies that foster sustainable philanthropic relationships and expand operating and capital revenue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; additional education a plus.
• Extended Degree in Marketing, Business, Social Services, or related topics preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in nonprofit or fundraising environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a donor portfolio to meet goals.
• Develop plans and implement development strategies for prospects.
• Apply moves management to grow major and leadership gifts.
• Travel up to 25% as needed for donor engagement.
